PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE C.CLUB PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN THE C.CLUB PROGRAM.

These Terms include an arbitration provision that governs any disputes between you and Claire’s. This provision will affect your rights, including preventing you from bringing, joining or participating in class or consolidated proceedings and will also eliminate your right to a trial by jury. For more information, please see our section on Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration, and Waiver of Jury Trial

These Terms apply to your access to, and participation in, the C.CLUB program in the United States (“C.CLUB”), which is operated by Claire’s Stores, Inc. or its respective subsidiaries (collectively, “Claire’s”, “us”, or “we”). Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.claires.com/us/rewards/cclub. Your continued access to, or participation in, C.CLUB following any such changes confirms your acceptance of these Terms and such changes. You should review these Terms, related policies, and FAQs related to C.CLUB to fully understand the terms and conditions that apply to your access to and participation in this program. 

  1. 1. Joining C.CLUB & Eligibility

C.CLUB is open to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older. A valid email address is required to create a C.CLUB Account (“Rewards Account”). A Rewards Account is required to be eligible for C.CLUB. Limit one Rewards Account per person. No purchase or fee is required to enroll.

C.CLUB is a customer rewards program that allows members to earn and accumulate points (“Points”) that can be redeemed for coupons (“Reward Coupons”). Reward Coupons and other offers associated with C.CLUB may be governed by additional terms, such as specific expiration dates, purchase limitations, item restrictions, redemption locations, or legal disclosures (“Additional Terms”). Please review any applicable Additional Terms, which are hereby incorporated into to these Terms. 

You may create a Rewards Account to join C.CLUB by: 

(1) visiting www.claires.com/us/rewards/cclub (“Rewards Site”) and following the prompts to create a Rewards Account;
(2) visiting any Claire’s retail store in the United States and asking a store associate to help you sign up; or 
(3) by any other methods offered by Claire’s.

When you enroll in C.CLUB and create a Rewards Account, you are agreeing to receive email messages related to C.CLUB and you may receive additional general marketing emails from Claire’s. You are able to opt out of marketing emails at any time. 

If you believe a Rewards Account may have been created in error, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] or 1-800-804-7194 to review your options. Claire’s may, in its sole discretion, allow individuals to combine or consolidate existing Rewards Accounts, subject to and in accordance with these Terms.

By creating and maintaining a Rewards Account, you are eligible to receive:

  1. 1. A one-time 20% discount to your next purchase following enrollment in C.CLUB. This benefit is valid at www.claires.com, U.S., Claire’s retail stores and Claire’s in-store boutiques at participating Walmart stores only, and may not be applied to purchases of Claire’s merchandise made at any other retailer. The discount will not be applied to taxes, shipping and handling, charity donations, prior purchases, or charges for plastic shopping bags. Other product exclusions may apply. Once redeemed, this benefit cannot be reapplied to any future purchases. This benefit will expire 14 days from when we send you the discount code. 

  2. 2. When you sign up for C.CLUB, you will automatically enter into Level 1 (Friend). Level 1 Members (Friend) will receive free shipping on any online purchase totaling $20.00  or more before applicable taxes and fees. Shipping discounts will apply automatically at checkout when you are logged into your C.CLUB account. Level 1 Members will also receive a $5 OFF birthday surprise.

  3. 3. Customers can qualify for Level 2 (Bestie) by spending $100.00 or more within a given calendar year. Level 2 Members (Bestie) will receive free shipping on any online purchase, with no minimum spend. Shipping discounts will apply automatically at checkout when you are logged into your C.CLUB account.

Level 2 benefits include, but are not limited to:

  1. a. Earn 25 bonus points per purchase, in addition to the base 50 points earned per purchase (limit one per day);
  2. b. Free gift when you qualify; 
  3. c. Free shipping on any online purchase;
  4. d. $10 OFF birthday surprise; and
  5. e. Double the Anytime Rewards.
  1. 4. Annual “Anytime Rewards” are in accordance with each customer’s Level. Anytime Rewards may be activated by logging into your online profile and choosing to activate your rewards. Once activated, bonus points will be automatically issued to your C.CLUB account and will convert to Reward Coupons within 5 days. Once received, Anytime Rewards function the same as standard Reward Coupons.
  1. a. Level 1 Members may activate one $5.00 Anytime Reward per calendar year.
  2. b. Level 2 Members may activate two $5.00 Anytime Rewards per calendar year. 
  1. 5. Exclusive promotional offers as determined in Claire’s sole discretion from time-to-time and subject to Additional Terms.
  1. 6. Invitations to participate in special Points events, subject to Additional Terms.

Once Level 2 is achieved, Level 2 status is secured for the remainder of the qualifying calendar year plus one additional calendar year. In year two, you must spend $100.00 or more to re-qualify for year 3.

  • Rewards coupons, taxes & shipping fees, and redemptions of a gift card will not count towards your annual net spend amount.
  • Purchases not linked to your Rewards Account will not count towards your annual net spend.
  • Net spend is calculated after discounts are deducted or coupons are applied to the purchase price.
  1. 2. Earning Points

When you join C.CLUB, you will automatically enter into Level 1 (Friend). As a Friend, you will receive 50 Points for every purchase made with your Rewards Account. Level 2 Customers will receive 75 points per purchase (50 base points and 25 bonus points).

For either Level (Friend or Bestie), customers are eligible to earn 50 bonus points per purchase for any purchase that totals $100.00 or more before applicable taxes and fees. Points may be earned when you: (1) make a qualifying purchase at a Claire’s retail store in the United States; (2) make a qualifying purchase at a Claire’s Walmart store in the United States; (3) make a qualifying purchase on www.claires.com (each a “Qualifying Purchase”); or (4) participate in other opportunities offered by Claire’s that reference the C.Club (“Additional Qualifying Activities”) (collectively, “Qualifying Activities”). 

Customers may earn points on only one purchase per day. As such, if you complete multiple purchases in one day, you earn points on the purchase that would provide you the most points that day.  Associates of Claire’s are limited to earning points on one purchase per week.

Additional Qualifying Activities may include, but are not limited to, a one-time reward of a certain number of Points per person for visiting Claire's social media profiles (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok). These one-time rewards of a certain number of Points per person cannot be earned more than once for one Rewards Account and cannot be applied to more than one Rewards Account. Additional Terms may apply to Additional Qualifying Activities. 

  • Points will be awarded once you make a Qualifying Purchase or participate in Qualifying Activities.
  • Points cannot be accrued for purchases made before enrollment in C.CLUB.
  • To earn Points for a Qualifying Purchase at a Claire’s retail store, you must provide the store associate with your email address (or mobile phone number, if provided during the enrollment process) when prompted during the sales transaction. 
  • To earn Points for a Qualifying Purchase on www.claires.com, you must log into your www.claires.com account, which is connected to your Rewards Account, before making a purchase. 
  • Purchase net spend must total a minimum of $0.01 of non-excluded items in order to earn points on the purchase. Purchases that do not require a form of payment will not accrue points.
    1. Points may be accrued for purchases using gift cards as the tender type.
    2. Purchase total is calculated after discounts are deducted or coupons are applied to the purchase price.
  • Other items may be excluded as indicated by Additional Terms, such as in the description of the item online or in-store, and certain items subject to promotions with Additional Terms. 
  • You may not earn points from the value of processing charges, delivery surcharges, shipping and handling, taxes, state and any other applicable governmental fees, donations, purchases of gift cards, and charges for shopping bags.
  • You cannot earn Points for any unauthorized or fraudulent charges. Claire’s reserves the right to investigate any charges that could be unauthorized or fraudulent, and to remove Points earned from any unauthorized or fraudulent charges from your Rewards Account.

Points for purchases made through www.claires.com qualify once all items have been accounted for in the inventory for in-store purchases or shipped for online purchases and will be automatically added to your Rewards Account within approximately 36 hours of shipment. Points for purchases of items in the same transaction that are shipped separately will be added to your Rewards Account once the final item has shipped. For in-store purchases and Additional Qualifying Activities, Points will appear in your Rewards Account within approximately 36 hours of your completion of the Qualifying Activity. You may view your activity in the Rewards Account status emails we send to you, by logging into your Rewards Account at www.claires.com/us/rewards/clclub or by contacting Customer Service at [email protected] or 1-800-804-7194. 

  1. 3. Value of Points 

The value of Reward Coupons is calculated in United States dollars. 

For every 100 Points you earn, you will receive a $5.00 Reward Coupon. The value of Points earned may change from time to time, at Claire’s sole discretion, in accordance with these Terms. 

  1. 4. Reward Coupons

Once you accumulate the required number of Points to earn a Reward Coupon, those Points will be deducted from your Rewards Account and converted to a Reward Coupon. Reward Coupon(s) will be issued to your Rewards Account five (5) days after you have accumulated 100 Points in your Rewards Account, and will be sent to the email address associated with your Rewards Account. A maximum of five (5) Reward Coupons may be issued per day per C.CLUB member. Issued Reward Coupons can be accessed by logging into the Rewards Site and viewing your C.CLUB profile, by identifying yourself as a C.CLUB member by providing the email (or mobile phone number, if provided during the enrollment process) associated with your Rewards Account in-store, or by contacting Customer Service at [email protected] or 1-800-804-7194. Reward Coupons will be issued in $5.00 increments with unique promo codes that can be used in-store or online (“Reward Coupon Code”). Each Reward Coupon Code may be used only once. Points will be converted to Reward Coupons in the order that the Points were earned. 

  1. 5. Point Expiration and Reward Coupon Expiration

Points accrued in your Rewards Account will expire 12 months from the date of the Qualifying Activity. Each Reward Coupon will expire 90 days after it is issued.

  1. 6. Reward Coupon Redemption

You may only use Reward Coupons that are associated with your own active Rewards Account. Unexpired Reward Coupons may be redeemed when making purchases of Claire’s merchandise at any Claire’s retail store or Claire’s in-store boutiques at participating third-party merchant locations in the United States, or by entering the Reward Coupon Code when making a purchase on www.claires.com.

Reward Coupons may not be redeemed for purchases of Claire’s merchandise made at other third-party merchants that carry Claire’s products.

Reward Coupons cannot be applied to previous purchases, charity donations, purchase of a gift card or redemption of a gift card, processing charges, delivery surcharges, shipping and handling, charges for plastic shopping bags, taxes, or state and any other applicable governmental fees. 

Multiple Reward Coupons may be redeemed per purchase on www.claires.com. Multiple Reward Coupons may be redeemed when making a purchase at a Claire’s retail store in the United States. A minimum merchandise purchase of $5.01 (excluding taxes and shipping charges) is required in order to redeem your Reward Coupons on www.claires.com.

If the total amount of a purchase you make using a Reward Coupon is less than the amount of the Reward Coupon, you will forfeit the balance of the Reward Coupon. For example, if you use a $5.00 Reward Coupon to make a $4.50 purchase, you will not be given $.50 in change, nor will Points be credited back to your Rewards Account.

When using a Reward Coupon, you are responsible for all charges in excess of the value of the Reward Coupon. Claire’s store associates may reject the use of any Reward Coupons that may violate these Terms or otherwise be fraudulent.

The Reward Coupon will be applied after all other promotional credits or discounts offered at the time of purchase are applied to your purchase.

To use a Reward Coupon when making a purchase in one of our retail stores in the United States you must identify yourself as a C.CLUB member by providing the email address (or mobile phone number, if provided during the enrollment process) associated with your Rewards Account at checkout. Claire’s reserves the right to require the person using a Reward Coupon to show proof that they are the person associated with the corresponding Rewards Account.

To use a Reward Coupon when making a purchase on www.claires.com, you must log into your online account associated with your Rewards Account and enter the Reward Coupon Code in the “coupon code” box at checkout. Claire’s reserves the right to require the person using a Reward Coupon to validate that they are the person associated with the corresponding Rewards Account.

You are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses of accepting and using Reward Coupons or other promotional credits or discounts offered at the time of purchase.

You shall not give, sell, or otherwise provide Reward Coupon Codes, Reward Coupons, or Points to any other person. You shall not copy, imitate, or otherwise fabricate Reward Coupon Codes, Reward Coupons, or Points, nor shall you give, sell, or otherwise provide such copies, imitations, or fabrications to any other person. 

  1. 7. Returns

If you return the full value of a purchase for which you earned Points (in accordance with Claire’s then- current return policy), the Points associated with your Rewards Account will be reduced by the number of Points equivalent to the amount of the earned Points you originally received. Level 2 status will not be removed if you make a return after moving to level 2, dropping their annual net spend below $100. In the event of an exchange, any Points earned in association with the original purchase will remain in your Rewards Account. Any new promotional offers in effect at the time of an exchange will not apply, nor modify your Rewards Account balance.

If you return an item purchased using a Reward Coupon, the refund will exclude the Reward Coupon amount. 

  1. 8. Points, Reward Coupons, and Rewards Accounts Are Non-Transferable and Not Redeemable for Cash

Except where required by applicable law, Rewards Accounts, Points, Reward Coupons, and other Claire’s Benefits and do not have any monetary or cash value and they may not be redeemed for cash and do not have any cash equivalent except when being used to make purchases of Claire’s merchandise subject to these Terms. Rewards Accounts, Points, and Reward Coupons are not transferable to any other person.

  1. 9. Termination or Closure of Your Rewards Account

Claire’s is not responsible for Points or Reward Coupons that expire, are lost, or are redeemed due to fraudulent activity. Suspected illegal, fraudulent, or other unauthorized use or misuse of Points, Reward Coupons, or any other activity inconsistent with these Terms may, in the sole and absolute discretion of Claire’s, result in termination or revocation of your participation in C.CLUB. Such termination will result in the loss of all accumulated Points earned and Reward Coupons issued but not yet redeemed. 

You may elect to close your Rewards Account at any time through your account settings in your C.CLUB on claires.com, by calling Claire’s at 1-800-804-7194, or emailing Claire’s at [email protected]. Upon any closure or termination of your Rewards Account, any Points associated with your Rewards Account will automatically drop to zero. If you later elect to re-enroll in C.CLUB, you will have access to any unexpired Reward Coupons associated with your terminated Rewards Account, however, your beginning Points balance will be zero (with the exception of any welcome Points added to your new Rewards Account, if applicable).

  1. 10. Updating Your Rewards Account

You may access and update your Rewards Account information, including your email address by logging into your online account on www.claires.com, at any U.S. Claire’s retail store, by emailing our Customer Service Team at [email protected], or by calling us at 1-800-804-7194. It is your responsibility to keep your member information current, complete, and accurate. You are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your Rewards Account. C.CLUB members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for restricting access to their computer or mobile device that may result in unauthorized or fraudulent activity on their Rewards Account. 

  1. 11. Modification of C.CLUB 

Claire’s reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or otherwise change any aspect of C.CLUB, these Terms, and Additional Terms, including without limitation, the eligibility conditions for participation in C.CLUB, the manner in which you participate, the manner and rates at which Points and Reward Coupons are earned and redeemed, redemption mechanisms, or what constitutes an Qualifying Activity, with reasonable notice to you of any material changes. Changes to these Terms will be reflected by the “Effective Date” listed at the top of these Terms. We will post changes to www.claires.com/us/rewards/cclub and may notify you of material changes by email to the email address then associated with your Rewards Account.

  1. 12. California Notice of Financial Incentive

Claires offers C.CLUB benefits, such as free shipping, personalized discounts, coupons, promotional opportunities, and/or other benefits that we extend to C.CLUB members. C.CLUB members opt in by signing up at https://www.claires.com/us/login/ or in-store at a Claire’s retail location. Claire’s collects and uses your personal information, including identifiers and customer records (such as name, birthday, zip code, email address, and phone number), commercial information (such as purchase history), characteristics of protected classifications (such as age), internet or other electronic network activity information (such as through cookies, pixels, and web beacons), and inferences (used to create a profile reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, and behavior). Claire’s collects this personal information to operate C.CLUB and related services, including to send you promotions, content, special offers, and other personalized benefits. 

We have made a good faith estimate that the value of your personal information to Claire’s is related to the value of our C.CLUB benefits, less the expenses associated with offering these benefits. Any difference in price or benefits provided to customers who receive an incentive is reasonably related to the value of the personal information provided.

You have the right to withdraw from the C.CLUB at any time through your account settings in your C.CLUB on claires.com, by calling Claire’s at 1-800-804-7194, or emailing Claire’s at [email protected]. 

  1. 13. Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration, and Waiver of Jury Trial

If a dispute arises between you and Claire’s, you and Claire’s agree, as permitted by applicable law, to resolve any claim or controversy at law or equity arising out of, relating to, or connected in any way with C.CLUB through binding arbitration or as we and you otherwise agree in writing. Before resorting to these alternatives, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly at [email protected] to seek a resolution. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.

Certain portions of this section are deemed to be a “written agreement to arbitrate” pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act. You and Claire’s agree that we intend that this section satisfies the “writing” requirement of the Federal Arbitration Act. This section can only be amended by mutual agreement.

If any controversy, allegation, or claim relates in any way to your use of C.CLUB (collectively, “Dispute”), then you agree the Dispute shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Illinois except that we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court. You hereby consent to, and waive, all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Illinois. Arbitration under these Terms shall be conducted pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules then prevailing at the American Arbitration Association; any dispute shall otherwise be governed by the internal laws of the State of Illinois without regard to Illinois choice of law principles, except that the provisions of this agreement concerning arbitration shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitrability of disputes shall be determined by the arbitrator. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. 

If for any reason a claim proceeds to court rather than arbitration, you and Claire’s agree to waive any right to a jury trial.

  1. 14. General Information

These Terms and any Additional Terms compliment and incorporate by reference the Claire’s online privacy policies and general terms and conditions found on www.claires.com

C.CLUB is enforceable as permitted by applicable law. If any part of these Terms or Additional Terms is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of these Terms and Additional Terms will govern such participation. Our performance under these Terms and Additional Terms will be excused to the extent that such performance is hindered, delayed or made commercially impractical by causes beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms and Additional Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Claire’s with respect to C.CLUB. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Claire’s with respect to this C.CLUB.

Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these terms and Claire’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to these Terms and the Rewards Program and which Claire’s may decide in its sole discretion.
